- Shipments/Orders can take 48-72 to hours to process.
- Once an order is ready for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. (Please be sure to include your email address on all orders).
- Standard shipping runs 7-10 business days.
- If you order a pre-order item the ETA will be published on the individual product page.
- Damaged Items - if your order is damaged during transit please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members would be happy to assist you.
- All sale items and items purchased during special events are non-refundable.
- Full priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery. All tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
